From the NY State Thruway:
- Take the I-90 West (the NYS Thruway) to Exit 49 Depew
- Turn right coming off the exit ramp onto Route 78, Transit Road
- Continue on Transit Road (south) for approximately 5 miles
- The Health Center is a blue and white building on the right between Como Park Blvd. and Losson Rd., #4974 Transit Road.
From Buffalo-Niagara International Airport:
- Exit the airport from the Genesee Street Exit and turn left (East)
- Take Genesee Street (Route 33 East) to Transit Road (Route 78)
- Turn Right onto Transit Road (Route 78 South)
- Travel South on Transit Road approximately 5 miles
- The Health Center is a blue and white building on the right between Como Park Blvd. and Losson Road, #4974 Transit Road.
From Downtown Buffalo:
- Take Route 33 East to Transit Road (Route 78)
- Turn right (south) and go approximately 5 miles
- The Health Center is a blue and white building on the right between Como Park Blvd. and Losson Road, #4974 Transit Road.
From the Peace Bridge or NY State Thruway from Erie, PA:
- From the Peace Bridge, take the 190 to I-90 East to William Street exit 52A, or from Erie, PA, take the I-90 East to William Street exit 52A
- Turn right off the exit ramp
- Take William St. to the end.
- Turn right onto Union Rd.
- Go one block and turn left onto Losson Rd.
- Proceed on Losson Rd. for approximately 1 mile and turn left onto Transit Rd. (Wegman's Supermarket is on the corner)
- The Health Center is a blue and white building on the left, #4974 Transit Road.
