Biographies of our Seneca Falls Health Center clinicians and practitioners.

Robert Ruddy, D.C.
Wendy L. Maneri D.C., M.S. is the Dean of Chiropractic Clinical Education and the Chief of Staff of the Rochester Outpatient Health Center and the Seneca Falls Health Center. She is an NYCC alumnus, has over 13 years of clinical and academic experience and her passion is for education and administration. She has her master’s degree in Science and Management from Roberts Wesleyan College.

In addition to student education she also sees patients at the Seneca Falls Health Center. While she treats patients of all ages, her area of expertise is with the golfing patient population and has achieved training from Professional Sports Care, a certificate course designed to treat on the PGA Tour.

She uses many types of therapies to include chiropractic adjusting, low force techniques, soft tissue techniques and Spidertech© taping.

She is the NYCC Clinic Directors representative for the Association of Chiropractic Colleges and has been involved in publishing the American Chiropractic Associations’ Clinical Documentation Manual 2nd and 3rd editions. In addition she is a member of the American Chiropractic Association.


Robert Ruddy, D.C.
Robert Ruddy, D.C is the Senior Clinician at the Seneca Falls Health Center. A graduate of New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Ruddy has been a clinician and former Health Center Director at the college. He continues to teach nutrition in the younger trimesters and educate student interns in all facets of patient care in the Health Center. He is certified in Graston Technique, ConnectX and Flexion/Distraction which helps in the treatment of diverse soft tissue injuries in the many athletes that he treats.

Dr. Ruddy enjoys his role working with student interns in the clinical setting and challenging them to become the best they can be as future Doctors of Chiropractic. He is fully immersed in his community working as a coach in multiple sports and involved in many community outreach projects to help better his local community.

Erica Callahan, D.C.
Erica Callahan D.C., M.S.A.C.N is a chiropractor and instructor at the Seneca Falls Health Center. A graduate from New York Chiropractic College in 2007, Dr. Callahan began her career as a Nutritional Fellow. During her fellowship, Dr. Callahan earned her Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition (M.S.A.C.N) degree from New York Chiropractic College and worked as a chiropractic clinician and instructor.

As an instructor, Dr. Callahan has enjoyed teaching NYCC student interns at the Seneca Falls Health Center in diagnosis, examination, and evidence based management of the chiropractic and nutrition patient. In addition, Dr. Callahan teaches NYCC students in the classroom, challenging students to diagnosis chronic disease risks and support the whole body with dietary modifications and nutritional supplementation.

Dr. Callahan has received further certification in health and wellness, becoming a Certified Chiropractic Wellness Specialist (C.C.W.S.) in 2011. In addition, she is certified in other diagnostic and therapeutic modalities including ConnecTx and Applied Kinesiology.

Dr. Callahan enjoys caring for the whole family, including women, children, and geriatric patients. Her focus is on chiropractic and nutrition support for the whole body. She is always taking new patients and welcomes you to join the NYCC Seneca Falls Health Center patient family.

Dr. Callahan and her husband enjoy living in the Seneca Falls area while raising their two young daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and fellowship at her church family.


Marcie Struck, D.P.M.

Dr. Marcie Struck received her undergraduate degree from the University of Buffalo. She graduated from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland and completed her surgical residency at United Health Services in Binghamton, New York. Dr. Struck is Board Certified by The American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
