Billing Policy

We ask that patients be knowledgeable of their various insurance policies and plans. We participate in a number of managed care programs. Co-pays and deductibles are expected at the time of service. Any adjusted balance will be invoiced to you.

• Our office is fully computerized, and our staff can help you to obtain the maximum benefit from your personalized healthcare plan
• Please advise us of any changes in your insurance coverage, insurance carrier, or address
